Effect of GRIN on OCT imaging of the crystalline lens published in OVS
We proposed a method to correct optical OCT images of posterior surface of the crystalline lens incorporating its gradient index (GRIN) distribution and explored its possibilities for posterior surface shapere construction in comparison to existing methods of correction, in a collaborative work with Bascom Palmer Eye Institute (University of Miami).
