The Imaging Technologies Committee of the Spanish Optical Society has awarded the Premio Justiniano Casas First Prize to Sergio Ortiz, for his PhD thesis entitled “Quantitative Anterior Segment Optical Coherence Tomography”, performed at the Visual Optics and Biophotonics Lab under the supervision of Prof. Susana Marcos The prize, established in 2007 and awarded every 2 years, is sponsored by Infaimon, SL, and is the highest distinction in the field of Imaging sciences in Spain.
