New in the lab: Álvaro de la Peña Leal

We welcome Álvaro de la Peña, BSc in Biomedical Engineer by Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, who has recently joined VioBio Lab and spin-off company 2EyesVision within the framework of an Industrial Doctorate Program funded by Madrid Regional Government to promote collaboration and knowledge transfer between the academic world and the business world.

Álvaro has previous experience working as Software Engineer in Hospital Infanta Leonor, where he was involved in the development of an app that records digital cardiac auscultation. He will be working on the OCT team focused on the development of a new biometer.
